The core difference
The Blade is 109.1 cc, air-cooled, 6.18 kW at 7,500 rpm, four-speed rotary gearbox, kick and electric start, at a list price of 21,943,637 VND. The Super Cub C125 is 123.9 cc, air-cooled, 6.87 kW at 7,500 rpm, a four-speed gearbox and electric start - wearing a body style unchanged in spirit since the 1950s, at a list price of 88,353,813 VND.

What it means on the road
As transport, the Blade is unbeatable value: it does the commute, carries a passenger and costs about a quarter of the Cub. The Sport version adds alloy wheels and a front disc brake, and even then it remains far below the Cub’s price.
The Super Cub is not sold on numbers - 11 kg lighter torque figures cannot explain a 66-million-VND gap. It is sold on design: the low 780 mm seat, the classic silhouette and a claimed economy figure (1.55 L/100 km) that is actually the better of the two. If the look matters to you, no other bike in the range substitutes for it.
Which one for you?
Buy the Blade if you want cheap, honest, disposable transport. Buy the Super Cub if you want the icon and accept paying for it. There is no objective middle ground between them - the 46-million-VND Future 125 FI is the rational compromise if you want more engine without paying for heritage.
