VinFast’s electric two-wheeler family in Vietnam is small enough to hold in your head and structured enough to make the choice simple: it is built around one battery platform, one swap network, and a clean power ladder. All figures below are from the official launch release and the verified database rows.

The line-up at a glance

Model Motor Top speed Battery Claimed range Licence
Amio 800 W 30 km/h 1.024 kWh LFP up to 65 km none (pedal-assist class)
Evo Lite (platform-limited) below 50 km/h 2 × 1.5 kWh LFP (not published for Lite) none (moped class, 16+)
Evo 2,450 W up to 70 km/h 2 × 1.5 kWh LFP up to 165 km (two packs) none (moped class, 16+)
Feliz II 3,000 W up to 70 km/h 2 × 1.5 kWh LFP up to 156 km (two packs) none (moped class, 16+)
Viper 3,000 W up to 70 km/h 2 × 1.5 kWh LFP up to 156 km (two packs) none (moped class, 16+)

All four scooters share the removable 1.5 kWh LFP pack platform and the swap ecosystem; the Amio is the family’s pedal-assist runabout on a smaller, single pack.

How the family differentiates

  • Evo: the efficiency pick — the most range on the platform (up to 165 km claimed), moderate power. Full review.
  • Evo Lite: the same platform, deliberately limited below 50 km/h for the strict licence-free band. Full review.
  • Feliz II: the mainstream refresh — inherits the familiar family-scooter shape and its 156 km claim. Full review.
  • Viper: the tech trim — Smart Key, vehicle tracking, remote anti-theft, LED projector headlights, dual rear shocks with auxiliary oil reservoirs. Full review.
  • Amio: the licence-free minimum — pedal-assist, 30 km/h, for the lightest possible legal footprint. Full review.

The economics that surround all of them

Battery rental at 175,000 VND per month (one pack) or 300,000 (two); 9,000 VND per battery per swap; the Evo carried an early-order price of 19,990,000 VND excluding battery at launch. The swap network — V-Green — had its first 4,500 stations installed by mid-January 2026, with 45,000 cabinets planned across 34 provinces and cities.

Choosing inside the family

The reviews and the head-to-heads (Viper vs Evo, Evo Lite vs Amio, Evo vs Feliz II, Viper vs Feliz II) resolve the details; the short version is that the choice is range versus features versus strictness of licence-free positioning.
