At the cheap end of Vietnam’s electric two-wheeler market, the honest comparison has to separate three prices: the sticker, the battery structure behind it, and what running it actually costs. Below, every figure is a verified manufacturer list price — nothing from dealer boards or classifieds.
The verified price floor
| Machine | Verified list price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Yadea XBULL H | 13,990,000 VND | official Yadea VN site |
| Yadea iCandy | 14,790,000 VND | official Yadea VN site |
| Yadea iCute H | 15,490,000 VND | official Yadea VN site |
| Yadea Omee | from 15,990,000 VND | official Yadea VN site |
| Yadea Vekoo / X-Zone | 15,990,000 VND | official Yadea VN site |
| VinFast Evo | 19,990,000 VND excluding battery (early-order, January 2026) | swap/rental ecosystem instead of included pack |
The full Yadea price list (through the Velax U at 52,990,000 VND) is in our Yadea line-up guide.
Why the sticker is not the whole price
A budget machine’s battery is usually included in the price; the VinFast scooter structure deliberately is not — the Evo’s price excludes the pack, which is then rented (175,000–300,000 VND monthly) or bought, with swaps at 9,000 VND. A 13.99-million Yadea with an included pack and a 19.99-million Evo plus battery economics are two different purchases, and the cost-of-ownership guide works the sums properly over the years that matter.
The other cheap-end cautions
- Technical specs: Yadea’s official site publishes prices but its spec tables were not readable in our verified retrieval — so this article deliberately lists no Yadea power, speed or range figures. Buy with the spec sheet in hand from the seller.
- Licence class: the price tells you nothing about the 4 kW line. A cheap machine above it still needs an A1 licence; the kW ladder guide explains the boundary.
- Resale and service: the cheapest end of the market is where orphaned models live; the resale and parts articles explain why the service network is part of the price.
The rental comparison
For riders who want electric without buying at all, Nguyen Tu rents an E-Bike at 200,000 VND per day (contact us to confirm current availability) — for many short-term users, that is the genuinely cheapest verified price in this whole article.
